You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. SPD888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, SPD888 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
SPD888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The Company reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits, wagers, bonus calculations, and withdrawals on the SPD888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Player deposits using a currency other than MYR, the Company will apply a conversion rate at the time of the transaction. SPD888 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may do so.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction for most payment methods. Minimum amounts for specific payment channels are displayed at the point of deposit.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network congestion outside our control.
Note: SPD888 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit and that are registered in the Player's own name.
SPD888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for standard requests during business hours. Complex requests or those flagged for compliance review may take longer. The Company is not responsible for delays incurred by payment processors or financial institutions once the withdrawal has been dispatched.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. VIP Gold Members benefit from higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or collusion, or review of potential Terms violations. Where a withdrawal is withheld, the Player will be notified via email.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the SPD888 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from x10 to x20 of the bonus amount. For example, a RM200 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement requires RM3,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. Placing a bet that exceeds the maximum permitted amount (typically RM250 to RM500 per round or wager) while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
SPD888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee extraction of bonus value without genuine risk, employing automated systems to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

SPD888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet appears to be placed in error, where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation, or where the Platform has experienced a technical error that affected the pricing of an event.
All odds displayed on the SPD888 Platform represent the Company's assessment of event probabilities at the time of display. Odds are subject to change without notice up until the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in.
A bet may be declared void under circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement, manifest pricing errors, incomplete events where no result can be determined, or circumstances beyond SPD888's reasonable control. Where bets are voided, the staked amount is returned to the Player's account.
In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market. SPD888 endeavours to offer accurate live odds, but in-play markets may be suspended or prices adjusted at any time during an event. The Platform uses a manual acceptance process for in-play bets above certain stake thresholds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SPD888 Platform:
Consequences: Engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

The SPD888 name, logo, and all related brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any SPD888 trademark or brand element is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPD888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.
SPD888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While SPD888 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.
SPD888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time without prior notice where: the Player has breached these Terms; suspicious activity has been detected; the account has been flagged for compliance review; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
